ACCESSIBILITY
Brockwell Live is committed to making our festival series accessible and enjoyable for everyone, including D/deaf and disabled customers, staff and artists. We aim to welcome people with access requirements to attend our shows by providing clear information, a dedicated access team, and on-site support to ensure you can enjoy the event without barriers.
Please note, our access procedure has changed from 2025. You can view the key changes below:
No need to pre-register for accessible toilets – you can now use them freely on site with no radar key needed.
Nimbus Access Cards or the Digital Access Pass are now required to use our bookable facilities. What is a Nimbus Access Card?
Access lanes will now be present at each of the three event entrances.
A new Access Hub will be available on site to support all access-related needs during the event.
Waiver forms are available if you need to bring medical items or equipment onto the site.
Each event now has its own dedicated access email address, so please make sure you contact the correct one:
Field Day: access@fielddayfestivals.com
Cross The Tracks: access@xthetracks.com
City Splash: access@city-splash.com
Mighty Hoopla: dani@mightyhoopla.com
To ensure fair and safe allocation, the following facilities must be booked in advance. We have proudly partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card Scheme to verify eligibility for our bookable facilities.
Access to the facilities will be provided to customers based on the symbols on their Nimbus Access Card or Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass. If you don’t already have an Access Card, you can apply for a Digital Access Pass specifically for use with Brockwell Live. You can apply for this here.
Please note, holding a Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass or Access Card does not mean you will automatically be given access to our accessible facilities. Nimbus approval only confirms your eligibility - it does not reserve or guarantee a space. Bookable facilities are subject to capacity and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This is inclusive of PA tickets, AVP access and Accessible Parking.

The Access Card is a scheme from Nimbus and is designed to streamline the process of communicating your access needs, the Access Card translates your disability or impairment into easy-to-understand symbols. You can read more about how the symbols are allocated here.
Nimbus offers two possible options:
A free Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass that can be used to apply for accessible facilities at Brockwell Live.
A £15 physical Access Card that can be used at multiple festivals and venues across the UK, including Glastonbury Festival and The O2, eliminating the need for repeated explanations.
Our use of the Nimbus Access Card and Digital Access Pass Scheme aims to build a more inclusive environment. This not only supports your individual needs but also contributes to a broader movement towards better accessibility for all.

We use the Nimbus Access Card Scheme in order for people to translate their disabilities and impairments into easy to understand symbols. From there, we have worked with Nimbus to allocate these symbols to our facilities on-site.

Some accessible facilities at Brockwell Live must be applied for in advance through our application process. You must have either a Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass or Access Card, as well as a ticket booking in order to apply.
For details on how to apply, please see our step by step process here:
1. Firstly, you will need to apply for a Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass. This is only valid at the Brockwell Live shows and lasts for 3 years. You will also see the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15 that can be used at venues across the country. If you already have an Access Card, you can skip this step!
2. You must then complete our Access Request Form, for which your Digital Access Pass or Access Card ID number will be required. Please note, this is now closed for 2026.
Once you have filled out the Access Request Form, our team will assess the symbols on your access card and get back to you as soon as possible.
The deadline for making bookable access facility requests is two weeks before the festival. The access request forms have now closed.

Please do not purchase your PA ticket, as we are unable to process a refund for this.
A Nimbus Access Card or Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass with a +1 symbol is required to get a complimentary PA ticket.
How can I get a PA ticket?
1) Purchase your own ticket first.
2) Apply for a Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass. If you already have an Access Card, you can skip this step!
3) Request a Personal Assistant ticket via our Access Request Form
The deadline for making PA ticket requests is two weeks before the festival.

What is a PA ticket?
Attendees who require essential assistance are entitled to a complimentary companion / Personal Assistant (PA) ticket, subject to eligibility.
Brockwell Live does not sell specific “access tickets” for customers with access needs. All access customers are required to purchase their own General Admission or VIP festival ticket in the first instance.
When will I receive my PA ticket?
You will be sent your PA ticket within 48 hours of the event.
Am I eligible?
Proof of eligibility is required to provide you with your PA ticket. We require the Nimbus Access Card or the Brockwell Live Digital Access Pass with a +1 symbol on it.
The deadline has passed, what do I do now?
The deadline for making access requests is two weeks before the festival.
If the deadline has passed but you still require a PA ticket, you will need to go to the box office on site with your physical Nimbus Access Card or Digital Access Pass, where the Kaboodle Team may be able to issue your PA ticket on the day. This is subject to capacity. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to issue a PA ticket.
Please do not purchase your PA ticket, as we are unable to process a refund for this.

Our Accessible Viewing Platforms are raised platforms available at the Main Stage, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4. Please note that the Main Stage and Stage 2 viewing platform is uncovered, so please prepare for all weather conditions.
The viewing platforms are designed for wheelchair users and others for whom the standing area is not suitable, plus a companion or PA ticket-holder if required. There is seating on the Accessible Viewing Platform. A wristband will be required to gain access to the viewing platforms, which can be collected at the access hub. Please note this is a bookable facility. If there is space on the day we will be able to facilitate, but this is not guaranteed.
Accessible toilets and charging points will be available at each viewing platform.
Please note that these platforms have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If approved, you can collect your Accessible Viewing Platform wristband from any of the access lanes, or the Access Hub. You will not be able to access the Accessible Viewing Platform without the correct accreditation.
A request can be made for Accessible Parking by using the access request form.

Our Accessible Parking is a designated car park for Blue Badge holders. Spaces within the car park are limited, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, these spaces must be pre-booked.
If you have missed out on a space and must drive to the event, Lambeth will allow Blue Badge holders to park in bays marked ‘Disabled’ or ‘Pay and Display’ for an unlimited time.

If you need to bring medically necessary items into the festival or require specific accommodations to support your health, you can submit a request for an Accessibility Waiver.
Please note that we are unable to approve requests for chairs or stools to be brought on-site.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. You may be asked to provide evidence of medical need, such as an original prescription, pharmacy label, or a letter from a medical professional. Photographs will not be accepted. Items may still be subject to search and verification, and without appropriate evidence, entry of the item(s) cannot be guaranteed.
We ask that requests be submitted in advance, so our access team is aware of what you need to bring on-site and can flag any potential issues ahead of your arrival, helping to make entry smoother on the day.
You can submit your request via this form.
If you require use of the non-bookable facilities, including use of the access entrance lanes, you will be able to access these on the day without approval. For access to any of the below facilities you do not need to contact us in advance.

The event takes place in Brockwell Park. The area is predominantly grass, with limited hard standing pathways. All activities and stages are situated on the grass fields of the park.
Ground conditions can be significantly affected by the weather, so we recommend taking this into consideration when planning your day.
In wet weather, the ground may become muddy, which can make moving around the site more difficult. Most of the festival site is uncovered, so please prepare for all weather conditions.
Although there are some tarmac pathways on the festival site, these do not run into the stages or accessible viewing platforms. Ground surfaces at the stages are grass, with some temporary plastic matting. All pathways leading to the centre of the park from the entrances run up a slight gradient.
-
All the Brockwell Live events are standing only. There is some unreserved seating across the site, however this is limited and is within picnic areas only. Personal chairs and stools are not permitted.
If seating is essential to your enjoyment of the event due to medical circumstances, you may apply for access to our viewing platforms via the access booking form. Please note that seating is limited on the accessible viewing platforms and will be granted on a first come first served basis.
-
In order to ensure all those with permanent disabilities can access our bookable facilities we are unable to accommodate any temporary conditions. This is considered to be anything that will affect the individual for less than 12 months.
However, Brockwell Live remains committed to ensuring comfort and safety for all attendees. Individuals who are pregnant or temporarily injured are encouraged to visit the Access Hub on the day, so reasonable adjustments can be made where possible (e.g. seating, proximity to facilities, or rest areas).
-
Due to the nature of the event, flashing lights and strobe effects will be used across all stages. Lasers may also be used during some performances.
More detailed information, including stage-specific guidance, will be shared closer to the festival to support people in planning their visit.
