We provide accessible toilet facilities to ensure all guests can enjoy the event comfortably.
Accessible Portable Toilets are available at each accessible viewing platform.
Vacuum-Sealed Toilets (more like permanent toilets, with sinks) are located at the main toilet blocks. These are locked and require a RADAR key for access.
If you don’t have a RADAR key, they are available to purchase at the access lane at the main entrance.
-
There is an Accessible Viewing Platform available at the Main Stage. This platform is for wheelchair users and others for whom the standing area is not suitable, plus one companion. There is an accessible toilet and charging point toilet and wheelchair charging point at each AVP.
For access to the platform please email our team on access@brockwell-live.com with a supporting document for your access requirement.
-
We welcome assistance dogs to the event, as long as they have been specifically trained to assist you, only use the toilet in a designated spending area and behave in a way that is appropriate around other customers. If you are planning to bring your assistance dog, we ask that you let us know by completing the online access booking form in advance so we can give you any necessary information and to enable us to plan to ensure you have the best experience possible.
-
We have accessible parking available, spaces are limited and must be pre-booked. To book a space please contact our team on access@brockwell-live.com.

You are welcome to bring a small picnic for personal use into the festival. However, alcohol, glass bottles and knives are prohibited.

Power points are available at the Accessible Reception and at each Accessible Viewing Platform.

The show takes place in Brockwell Park, with all stages and activities situated on grass fields. The terrain is predominantly grassy, with limited hard-standing pathways, and can become muddy in wet weather—this may affect accessibility and mobility. Please consider weather conditions when planning your visit.
While some tarmac paths exist on-site, they do not lead directly to the stages (which are on grass). All entry routes from the park entrances feature a slight gradient.
-
We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. We recognise the sunflower lanyard and card scheme. If you would like support or advice, our Access Manager will be the main point of contact and is based at the Access Reception. Alternatively, please contact us in advance with your questions access@brockwell-live.com.
-
Hearing loops will be available at the Box Office, the Accreditation Office, the Access Tent and at Bar 2 (located next to the Access Tent).
-
Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights and strobe effects on all stages. Lasers may be used for some performances.
-
There are seven main bars at the event and lowered counters will be available at each.
Please note that some of our sponsored bars are not able to provide lowered counters so where possible they will offer an alternative serving policy.
Please ask our staff for help.
-
We recognise and support guests who require the use of medical cannabis at our events. To ensure smooth access, we kindly ask for supporting documentation, as we do for all other accessibility requirements.
Please email a copy of one of the following to access@brockwell-live.com:
A prescription in your name
A Cancard in your name
Once verified, you’ll receive an exemption letter to present on arrival, allowing for hassle-free entry.

If you need to store medicine, you can store it in the fridge in the medical centre, please go to the Welfare tent where someone will be able to assist you.
