  • We value the feedback from our local community and host regular sessions as a platform to share any questions or concerns, as well as an opportunity for all to meet our team.

We have now had four drop-in sessions in Tulse Hill and Herne Hill as part of the 2024 planning process. There will be one further meeting on April 8th and details will be announced soon.

  • In 2024 we introduced a monthly community mailer, which is sent out to everyone in our address book in order to keep people informed of our plans. If you would like to join this list, please add your details here.

We are also keen to talk to resident associations in order to distribute information to local residents. If you run an association, please contact us on community@brockwell-live.com

  • You can contact your Brockwell Live Community Liaison Team who will do their utmost to support and advise on any issues or concerns you may have. The team are reachable through the below:

    community@brockwell-live.com

    localbusiness@brockwell-live.com

You will receive a receipt of delivery for your email and the community team will respond within two working days. On Event Days you can expect a response the same day.

During the entire period of construction and live event, we will have a community hotline number where you are able to call a member of our community liaison team. The phone number will be published in the distributed letters, which are sent out to the community four weeks before the event.

  • Guest list donations will all be contributed to the Brockwell Live Community Fund, which supports a variety of local community projects in our neighbourhood.

We look forward to announcing the launch of the 2024 Brockwell Live Community Fund after our series of events this summer!

Applications for this year’s Community Fund will be opening in July, and closing in August.

  • As always, the event reviews and renews plans every year to ensure safety of the customers and community is paramount. In 2023 we used an additional egress route, exiting the park via the Tulse Hill gate and onto Tulse Hill. This route proved to assist with a more rapid dispersal of the audience, and we will continue to use this in 2024.

  • Brockwell Live undertakes a business engagement programme in order to support and promote local businesses. This includes a dedicated business phone number and email address, which can be used to report things relating to the events to us, in real time. The phone number will be distributed as part of the business mailout, which will be sent to you before the event, and the email address runs year round on localbusiness@brockwell-live.com.

Our business engagement for 2024 includes the following:

    • This year we have run a call out through the community mailer and festival social media, this was for businesses to sign up to the following:

    • Our yearly Local Business Map which will be hosted in partnership with Brockwell Live and Woov Festival app.

    • Selected businesses will be featured in a Local business spotlight on the individual festival’s mailing list.

    • For 2024, Brockwell Live will be partnering with businesses local to the park to offer discounts and encourage spend among staff.

  • During Brockwell Live’s occupancy of Brockwell Park, in the interests of public safety certain park pathways will be closed to facilitate critical build activity and maintain safe working areas during the key construction phase.

The event organisers, in partnership with London Borough of Lambeth, aim to ensure key paths that cross the event site remain open for as long as possible within the realms of safety in order to minimise disruption and inconvenience to regular users of the park.

When pathways are closed, diversions will be displayed on signage within the park. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding.

  • The event organisers aim to protect Brockwell Park as much as possible. We use over 11,000m2 of temporary roadways and walkways in order to help minimise the impact to the grass within the park.

Brockwell Live works with park stakeholders including the Lambeth Landscapes team, the Parks and Sports Development Officer and the Arboricultural Officer to understand our impact on trees, wildlife, and biodiversity. Our plans include designing the site in such a way as to have minimal impact on the flora and fauna of the park, monitoring noise, limiting working hours, and tracking ground conditions throughout our time on site.

Once the event period is complete on June 16th, no further major commercial events will take place in Brockwell Park. All public spaces will be cleaned and returned to the best possible standard by the event organisers and any ground repairs will be led by London Borough of Lambeth. A handover is undertaken between Lambeth Landscapes team, the Parks and Development teams, Lambeth Council, and the Brockwell Live team at this point. All cleanup and reinstatement costs will be funded by the event organisers.

For further information on park repairs, please contact: events@lambeth.gov.uk.

  • On event days, sound checks are required ahead of opening the event to allow artists to prepare for their performance and to set appropriate artist specific noise levels. These will take place before the events open each morning, for no more than 90 minutes each time.

We appreciate your understanding during these periods. If you have any concerns regarding noise levels during any of the live events, please contact us via the contact details below, where we will be able to arrange attendance of our noise management team to investigate and advise.

  • We work to a sustainability policy, and are always aiming to reduce the impact of our music festivals. Full details on the measures we have taken, and areas in which we are looking to improve are available here.

  • Every year we run a resident ticket ballot to distribute free tickets to those in the local area. The ballot for 2024 has now closed and successful applicants have been notified.

For more details and FAQs about our ballot process, please click here.

f you have tickets and would like to ask a question then please contact community@brockwell-live.com.

  • Please click here to download the traffic map for Brockwell Live 2024, which details the updated road closures for this summer’s events.

We have added additional soft closures into Stradella, Winterbrook, Ruskin Walk and Carver Road. These will have access to residents only for the Monday 26th show, with increased marshalling across the area.

  • The plans have been developed to manage the impact on the surrounding area and include waste removal and street cleaning, temporary toilets and security personnel positioned at key locations along the exit routes for the audience. This extends into both Lambeth and Southwark boroughs.

If you would like to report an untidy area during the show, please call or email our local liaison team who will respond.
