SAFER SPACES

Brockwell Live are dedicated to delivering a safe and inclusive festival that is enjoyable and safe for all. Domestic abuse, sexual violence and harassment is a societal issue that impacts people in all parts of their lives, and we want to be part of the global effort to prevent harm and improve the response to anyone that may be impacted by or experiencing this type of harm, and all violence against women and girls

We are partnering with Safer Spaces Now CIC, a non-profit specialist organisation, providing gender informed but gender inclusive services, to train our team, raise awareness throughout our event and deliver onsite specialist support to anyone that needs it.

The team are experts in their field and will facilitate a safe space for anyone that wants to have a conversation about something they may have experienced in the past or to provide crisis response to anyone that may be impacted by abusive, inappropriate or offending behaviour whilst attending our events.

The team will be delivering incident response and pro-active outreach at Brockwell Live events, liaising with police in the event someone wants to make a report, facilitating confidential referral pathways for on going support after the event and advocating on behalf of our customers, traders and staff to ensure everyone gets the right response at the right time.

If you have any questions about our safer spaces policy, please email info@brockwell-live.com.
