We prioritise applicants from the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark as part of our commitment to creating opportunities for local communities.

Entry Level Scheme

Our Entry Level Programme is a gateway into the live events industry, offering hands-on roles and experience for those looking to kick-start their careers. Open to applicants aged 18 and over, the programme is designed to support individuals with little to no prior experience, providing a welcoming and practical environment to learn and grow. We’re passionate about nurturing local talent and prioritise applicants from the Lambeth and Southwark boroughs.

We’ve previously hired for roles like a Press and Media Assistant, Trader Chaperone, Internal Traffic Crew, and Accreditation Assistant.

Our Event Staffing Pathway connects people with paid opportunities across major live events each year. These roles support the delivery of large-scale productions and provide a practical way to gain experience working as part of a professional events team.
